Vince Thayer is a driven, result-oriented American entrepreneur best known as the founder and chief executive of New Wave Operations, a private communications contracting firm designed to implement and execute over-the-top marketing and sales solutions through independent sales network.

He began his career in the sales and marketing industry in 2001 eventually rising from a local manager to regional manager. Inspired, he orchestrated a greater goal for his career of constructing a direct selling company combined with what he believed to acquire the best aspects of a business. This motivated CEO began the journey to the top by co-leading his first company, Clear Vision Solutions Inc., along with the facilitation of two partners. Feeling dissatisfied, Thayer sold the company and worked on new projects throughout California in search of the perfect enterprise. For example, he served as a senior vice president of a national sales and marketing company and led a large organization, While there, he was responsible for recruiting, training and motivating personnel that company then that company hit the INC 500 as one of the fastest growing businesses in the United States.

He envisioned a company that strives to provide continuous innovation and successful market leadership. As such, New Wave Operations was established in 2008. Thayer not only serves as a manager of the day-to-day business operation but also seeks out motivated and ambitious individuals to strengthen the company’s foundation.
